A Little Heads-Up Before We Start

Thank you for choosing us to care for your furry friends! To ensure that their grooming and other services are as smooth and safe as possible, please take a moment to review the following:

Pet Health: Please ensure that your pet(s) are free of ticks, lice, or any other pests before their scheduled appointment.

If We Find Something: If we discover ticks, lice, or other pests on your pet(s) upon arrival, we may need to pause or reschedule the service to prioritize your pet’s health and safety.

Non-Refundable Fees: As we allocate time and resources specifically for your pet’s care, please note that payments made for the service are non-refundable if we have to cancel or reschedule due to pests.

Treatment Requirement: If any pests are found, we kindly request that you treat your pet(s) before we can proceed with the service at a later time.

Rescheduling Option: Should this occur, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment once your pet is treated and pest-free.

Age Requirement: Please note that we only accept pets for grooming services that are 6 months or older.

Vaccination Requirement: Your pet(s) should have complete vaccinations before their grooming appointment.
