3. Why am I being asked to enter my name and number again when I add an address, even when I’m already logged in?

We understand that you may not always be available to receive your order or that you might be purchasing items for someone else. To accommodate these situations, we allow you to enter a different recipient name and contact number from the account holder’s details. The recipient’s name provided will need to be present at the time of delivery for our courier partners to complete the order.

4. Do your products come with warranty?

Most of our products, especially those that have electronics in them, have standard manufacturer’s warranty. We highly encourage you to check the item upon receipt to ensure they work as advertised on the site.
