Shipping & Store Pickup
• Delivery – We’ve partnered with awesome delivery services to bring your pet goodies to your doorstep. If you’re not home, don’t forget to provide a letter of authorization and a valid ID.
• Click & Collect – Choose store pickup, and when your order’s ready, we’ll send you an email with your security code. If you lose it, we’re happy to resend it. But don’t wait too long—pick up your goodies within five days, or we may cancel the order!

Booking Your Appointment
• Accurate Info, Please! – When booking an appointment, be sure to provide the correct details, including your pet’s name, breed, and any special instructions. This helps us ensure we’re fully prepared for your visit.
• One Slot, One Pet – Each appointment is for one pet only. If you have multiple pets that need attention, please feel free to book separate appointments.
• Be on Time – We know your pet is excited, and so are we! Please arrive or log in a little before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals might shorten your appointment or require rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change! Here’s how we handle appointment changes:
• 24-Hour Notice – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else.
