We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (with the dated sales receipt as proof). If you receive a product that is defective in materials or quality, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags attached, and no signs of misuse. For issues reported beyond 30 days, we will assess the situation and work directly with our merchandise service centers to find a solution. This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained according to the provided instructions. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, accidents, mishandling, normal wear and tear, or any other cause unrelated to inherent defects in materials or quality. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel or items considered hygienic in nature (e.g., underwear, socks, stockings, earrings). For consumable items, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused and sealed. Additionally, under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), the following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange: Change of mind Defects caused by misuse or mishandling by the customer Discovery of a lower price for the same item elsewhere Return and exchange requests will be subject to the store policy where the item was originally purchased.
