We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (with the dated sales receipt as proof). If you receive a product that is defective in materials or quality, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags attached, and no signs of misuse. For issues reported beyond 30 days, we will assess the situation and work directly with our merchandise service centers to find a solution.
