Before you rent out our cozy pet paradise, take a quick look at these terms. Don’t worry, we’ve kept it fun and easy to understand.

1. The “Pet Cafe” Space
You’re about to lease our pet cafe! We’re thrilled to have you, but please remember, this space is for the pure joy of pets and people. You can’t turn it into a dance studio (unless, of course, pets are doing the dancing!).

2. Time to Rent
You're booking the space for a full 2 hours of pet-filled fun!  The rental fee is due upfront — no surprise charges, just a paws-itively simple payment. Get ready for some furry adventures!

3. Liability? Let’s Be Clear
By signing this waiver, you’re saying:

Healthy Pets Only: Make sure your furry friends are in tip-top shape. If they’re up-to-date on their shots, we’re golden!

You’re the Boss: If your pet accidentally turns the cafe into a bit of a zoo, you're responsible for all mishaps! This means any damage, injury, or trouble caused by pets or customers is on you.

Good Pet Behavior Only: Our cafe is about peaceful vibes. If a pet gets too rowdy (we’re talking tantrums and chaos), we might have to ask them to chill out elsewhere.

4. Insurance, please
While we’re all about fun and furry friends, it’s important to be prepared just in case. For your safety and the safety of others, we require all renters to have general liability insurance. This ensures that if any accidents, damages, or unexpected situations occur during your rental, everyone is properly covered. It’s just a little safety net to protect you, your pets, and all of us at Pet Kingdom. Don’t worry, it’s a simple requirement, and we’ll be happy to help you understand what’s needed!

5. Clean-Up Crew
You’re responsible for keeping the cafe looking spotless, like a shining star in the pet universe! Clean up after your pets, and return the space just as paw-some as you found it.

6. Pet Policies

Always on a leash or in a carrier: Keep those paws securely leashed or your pets in a carrier at all times. Safety first!

Don’t leave pets alone: Pets are social creatures and get lonely! Keep them by your side and show them some love.

Clean up after your pets: Let’s keep the cafe clean and pleasant for everyone—because no one likes a mess!

7. If You Break the Rules...
We ask that all renters respect the guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. If any rules are not followed or if there are any issues, we may need to discontinue the rental. We’re confident that you’ll be a fantastic renter, so we don’t expect this to be a problem!
